Application Steps

Finance Your Care is excited to work with you and get your financing request approved. Here will be the steps to make that happen. 

• First; Complete the application on behalf of your patient/applicant. 
• If the patient is waiting in your office, please call us and talk to a Finance Manager who will go over the possible options. The number to call is (877) 780-2210. 
• Our Finance Managers will work with you to complete the application process and make recommendations.
